Inspired by the magnificent domed ceilings in the Cathedral part of the mosque-catherdral in Cordoba, Spain, this circular brooch is delicately hand crocheted using wires, crystals and textiles to resemble the intricate patterns within the beautiful domed ceilings.
The inner circle is crocheted with blush rose crystals and black enamelled copper wires, creating a crystal edged window to see through.
This is then surrounded by luxury hand-dyed yarn in soft anique rose.
The brooch measures 4cm across.
